Uncorked Ventures Wine Club June 2019 Review
I just got my June 2019 wine shipment from the Uncorked Ventures Wine Club and had to share the 90+ point gems they sent out this month. While it’s all too easy to find quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Syrah in California, the real hard gems to find are the Petite Sirahs with a 90+ point rating. Luckily, as you’ll see in the pictures below, you’re finally going to get one this month if you’re a member!
Uncorked Ventures Wine Club June 2019 Shipment
As you can read in our Uncorked Ventures Review, every month the Uncorked Ventures Wine Club sends out some amazing bottles of wine and this month you’re not only going to get the Petite Sirah mentioned above, but also a 93 point Pinot Noir from Dragonette Cellars. This 2010 award winning wine comes from the Santa Ynez Valley of California and is highly rated by both Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator.
Uncorked Ventures Wine Club June 2019 Wines
My favorite in the June 2019 shipment from Uncorked Ventures is the 2019 Field Recording Petite Sirah from Crockett Ranch based in Edna Valley, California. It’s big and dense with flavors of blackberry and blueberry. It’s so dark colored that it’s almost black in your wine glass. One of the things I like about this wine is the amount of detail they go into on the back of the bottle, including details about the harvest date, average brix size, bottled date, number of cases made (98), etc.
