Cellars Wine Club Review
Over the last dozen years we have tested and reviewed hundreds of different wine clubs and found the Cellars Wine Club to be one of the best. Whether it be in wine pricing, wine quality, customer service or delivery / packing, the Cellars Wine Club always ranks four out of five stars for us. And we’re not just saying that because they remunerate us for sending new customers there way, but because we’ve loved being a member of the Cellars Wine Club. Read our Cellars Wine Club review below to learn how the wine club performed in our tough testing.
Overall Rating: ★★★★
Cellars Wine Club came in 6th place this year on our Best Wine Clubs list thanks to sending so many superior wines, having excellent customer service and most importantly, having the largest selection of wine clubs available anywhere (12 in total): 90+ point wine club, international wine club, high-end wine club, west coast wine club, etc.
Wine Quality: ★★★★
Cellars Wine Club has some of the best wines available out of all other wine clubs, which is why it ranks so well in our 90+ point wine club reviews and our California wine club reviews. You’re going to pay more for their wine clubs, but it’s worth it!
Wine Education: ★★★★
With every monthly wine club shipment, you’ll receive a free newsletter detailing the wineries and wines featured in that shipment, tasting notes, food pairings, recipes, and other wine related articles. You won’t be disappointed.
Most wine clubs are not as inexpensive as $5.84 a bottle (like the WSJ Wine Club) and instead range in the $15 to $30 a bottle range. Cellar’s falls right in that range, charging $14.97 a bottle on up, depending on the particular club you sign up for. If you can afford it, we recommend the Cellars Wine Club that costs $75 a bottle!
