Virgin Wine Club’s Best Malbecs!

Wow! Just $12 a bottle! For Argentine Malbec?! That’s an amazing deal. Alma Andina (“soul of the Andes) is critically acclaimed by the International Wine Challenge as “powerful, rich, and ageworthy”. This is a silver-medal winning 2013 bottle of sublime excellence. Plus, Ascencion was pegged as the perfect “full-on Malbec to get the BBQ started” by The Wine Gang. The Zuccardi family’s Gran Seleccion is also a great choice if you are yearning something with the characteristic barrel aged flavor. Lastly, there is Pascual Toso’s San Lucas, “pure class for a fabulous price” from The Wine Advocate.

There are five selections (three bottles each) in this case. I’ve never seen Virgin Wine Club have a sale on cases with more than 12 bottles, so I am guessing it is quite a rare steal. All of these Malbecs are steak ready and worthy of impressing your guests. They don’t have very many cases so act fast to save $56!
