Cellars Wine Club 90+ Point Wine Club Review

One of my favorite wine clubs from the Cellars Wine Club is their 90+ Point Wine Club. As you can read in our Cellars Wine Club Review, this wine club lets you sample some of the world’s finest wines from both well known and yet to be discovered wineries. You get wines from California, South America, Europe and Australia and all the wines have received 90+ point ratings so you know they are going to be extraordinary.

The Cellars 90+ Point Wine Club is limited to 200 members though, so get in while you can! Here’s the latest shipment I received to give you an idea of what you’ll get when you sign up…

The bottle on the left is the Oakville Winery 2010 Zinfandel from Napa Valley, California and the bottle on the right is the Vista Hills 2010 Estate Marylhurst Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley in Oregon.

The Oakville Winery was established in 1877 and was the 9th bonded winery in California and specializes in Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2010 Zinfandel has developed a powerful structure that is sweet on the front palate and spicy on the back.

The Vista Hills winery is situated high up in Oregon’s storied Dundee Hills and specializes in Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. The 2010 Pinot Noir features big red fruit characteristics, namely cherry and strawberry, with hints of cinnamon and toffee. Yum!
