Moving Sale at Wine of the Month Club

Looks like Wine of the Month Club is moving to a new and improved office and they are NOT taking their wines with them. That is great news, because that means they want us to help! They are selling an assortment of their premium wines from all three of their clubs. The Classic Series wine selections are priced at $4.99, the Vintners Series at $7.99, and the Limited Series at $9.99. Wine of the Month Club’s moving sale includes a multitude of wines including their...

The California Wine Club came out with a special 10% off coupon code that also gave you shipping for only $1 and I took FULL ADVANTAGE of it by picking up a case of my favorite wine: Campus Oaks Old Vine Zinfandel from Lodi, California. California Wine Club Sale – Save Up To 74% Off!

Last night I was drinking Twisted Wine’s 2011 Old Vine Zinfandel that I bought at the grocery store to test against the wines I’ve been getting from the California Wine Club. I thought for sure that this particular Twisted Wine Zinfandel would at least rival the wines I’ve been getting from the California Wine Club as it too is from California and it’s got 18 Gold Medals and 5 Best Buy Awards to it’s name. Unfortunately, it just didn’t make the grade. Which just...

Gold Medal Wine Club Summer Sale – Save 67% Off!

One of the things I like the best about the Gold Medal Wine Club is that every wine they send you is a gold medal winning wine. How can you beat that? I can assure you that if the wine didn’t win a highly sought after wine tasting competition, then it wouldn’t be featured by the...

Happy 4th of July Everyone!

Hi everyone! I hope you all had an amazing 4th of July. Personally, I took the week off and brought the family to the Outer Banks of North Carolina for a relaxing beach vacation. Of course, nothing is relaxing when you have a 4 year old and a 2 year old, but that’s where some good wine at the end of the evening helps. Outer Banks North Carolina I went with Old Vine Zinfandel this 4th of July and followed it up with some port from California. Whatever you were drinking this...

Fawnridge Winery In Auburn California

I recently spent 2 weeks out in California and was lucky enough to get up to the Sierra Foothills to check out some of the wineries there and the wine clubs they have to offer. One winery that I really enjoyed visiting was the Fawnridge Winery, which is a small, family owned winery in Auburn, California. The winery was started in 2000 by Stewart and Stephanie Perry who wanted to pursue their passion for wine. After realizing that the area’s excellent sun exposure and soil...
